A word was once changed quietly, where nobody could look. So none of this is kept back. Pick the episode you watched, pull up a chair, and read what I was reading.
I just watched an episode
The notes for that hour — every claim, the evidence under it, and where to go look.

I want to study a word
One word at a time, taken back to what it carried before it drifted.

I want to check the manuscripts
The witnesses themselves, and the rules I hold myself to when I read them.

How a note is built
Every entry stacks in three, so you can stop wherever you like and never feel you quit early.
The line is one sentence, plain. The note explains what the evidence is and how
far it can be pushed. The record is the citation and where it sits — the manuscript, the
edition, the page — so you can put your own hands on it.
A museum sets three things beside a painting: a title card, the wall text, and the accession
number. Same object, three doors, and nobody is embarrassed at any of them.

The Word Studies
Not tied to one episode. A word, what it carried, what it carries now, and every place you
can check it. These are the sheets the episodes are built on.

Belief · Believe
One is a noun and one is a verb, and almost everything turns on which one you were handed.
Emunah is steadiness; he’emin is putting your weight on something. A floor that is
never stood on is not known to hold.

πίστις · pistis
In the courts and the counting houses it meant proof — a guarantee you could produce.
It did not mean believing without evidence. That came later, and it cost us the word.

רָחַף · rachaph
To hover; to brood, of a bird over the nest. Three occurrences in the whole Hebrew Bible, one of
them disputed — which leaves two, and one of the two is the water before the world.
